Well, yes. He is savvy, perhaps even savvier than the Great Leader herself, but in both cases what did they do with the power that they so well clung on to? Absolutely nothing.

Spot on as usual Stephen. Let’s hope part of his political legacy is contributing to getting this SNP government out of office. Fingers and toes crossed 🤞 😊

Taking the Mick out of Scottish Greens while the entire world economy blows up. Wow, really focusing on the big picture here. Still…lapped up by the Daily Mail set I guess….and pays the bills.

“put your principles before the voters” - your meaning is perfectly clear. The burden of your excellent article just happens to support a different interpretation altogether.

Cry harder Stephen. Compared to your career he is a superstar. Show me a Green Party that has ever had power in Europe. They have always been marginally influential and you know that but hate Harvie because he stood up for LGBT and worked with your biggest hate Sturgeon. Do some real journalism and find out why the Tories are moving to the ultra far right, why unionism has such a paucity of argument beyond better together or perhaps why Grangemouth hasn’t been saved but Scunthorpe might.

Scotland 2025 that sprawling, dystopia of industry spewing carbon emissions and other really really bad stuff - like - erm - wait a minute - yes that's it - transphobia!

Silly little man and his equally Muppet like sidekick Canadian miss piggy.

Only in Edinburgh can a class of illiberal morons exist where they vote into a Scottish parliament a foreign transplant, hellbent on promoting illeberal Canadian ideologies.

Get them TF!

The key word is vote Chris. You may not like Scotland very much but the electoral system here is pluralist and proportional. As for your shrieking reply, maybe you should calm doon and have a quietly reflective cup of tea?

Lorna (Canadian Poundland Muppet) was elected as msp for Leith, she was elected by a class of people who were more then happy, to eradicate via gentrification, what was left of the working class community. While The dwarve and the Muppet transplant bleated on about cow emissions and blokes in girls sports ( something I suspect you have an interest in "David") the rents and property values alone doubled in the Leith area, turning it into an economic zone for neo liberal shock troops aka "creatives".

I do love an early morning slice of synchronicity - I was in fact making a cup of tea as I reflected on your lightening riposte!

I read it for what it was, a hatchet piece on Patrick Harvie because he supported independence for Scotland, got a Green agenda into Scottish mainstream politics and was able to share the leadership with a co-leader. The final back-handed compliment of Harvie’s political nous was simply a snake like cover for Daisley’s pettiness. If you agree with Daisley then we won’t agree.

It’s enough to make you wish for an afterlife, Alas there will be no justice in this life for the culture destroying evil created by this poisonous dwarf. I must console myself that Harvie has reserved his deserved place in the deepest circle of hell.
